We Integrate With the Top Property Management Software Platforms

Most customers are live under a week with your team in most cases spending less than 30 minutes integrating the platforms.

Integrations are included for OurPetPolicy customers on the platforms we support. For certain platforms, the integration is also available at no additional cost to existing platform customers.

For PULL integrations, OurPetPolicy reads resident information, unit leases, and relevant charges from your PMS. For PUSH integrations OurPetPolicy updates all pet records. OurPetPolicy also writes pet records and ESA documentation back to management automatically. Your PMS remains your system of record in every case.

Pull-only means OurPetPolicy reads data from your PMS, your PMS stays the source of truth, and OurPetPolicy keeps its records in sync. Push/pull means data flows both directions, so when a pet record or charge is updated in OurPetPolicy, the system reflects it automatically without manual reconciliation.

Security and authentication depend on the integration type. Report-based, one-way integrations don't use an API connection. For our direct integrations, we do need credentials: Yardi requires login credentials, while Entrata and ResMan require a smaller set of connection details. Credentials are entered into and stored within OurPetPolicy. Passwords are scrubbed on entry. OurPetPolicy admins see limited identifying information for each Yardi database, just enough to distinguish one connection from another and support them. Data in transit is encrypted, and our security posture is reviewed annually.

Your OurPetPolicy data, pet records, ESA documentation, verification history, belongs to you and is portable. We'll work with you to reconnect to your new PMS, and we can usually complete a re-integration in the same under-a-week timeframe.

OurPetPolicy works alongside your PMS. Your PMS remains your core system of record; OurPetPolicy adds a specialized layer for pet compliance, ESA verification, and fee recovery.
