ESA requests are on the rise and so is the number that don't hold up under review.

Based on OurPetPolicy's own review data, more than half of ESA requests show signs of documentation issues. The problem isn't that property managers are making bad calls, it's that most aren't trained to recognize what a problematic request actually looks like until it's already been processed.

Fraudulent documentation has gotten more sophisticated. The letters look more official. The provider websites look more credible. And the language residents use has evolved in ways that make it harder to catch without knowing exactly what to look for.

On May 28, OurPetPolicy co-founder Logan Miller is hosting a free, one-hour session covering the patterns his team sees across hundreds of monthly ESA reviews - so you can start recognizing them too.

The session includes live Q&A, so if you have specific scenarios you've been uncertain about, bring them. Spots are limited.

Can't make it live? Register anyway and we'll send you the recording!
